The Connect 1 offers an elegant one-bedroom, one-bath footprint complete with glassy, open-concept living. Use the space as a future home for retired parents, a private guest house for friends and family, or a rental property to earn extra income. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows make this small structure feel much larger while maximizing connection to the outdoors. The Connect 1 ships “complete” from our factory and requires minimal installation on site beyond connection to the foundation and utilities.
