Connect Homes brought our smallest ADU — the 460sf 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Connect 1 — to the 2023 Palm Springs Modernism Show from February 17-20. The event coincided with the launch of the Pro Series to homeowners and response was overwhelming. The home was dramatically positioned under the exterior eaves of the William Pereira designed Palm Springs Convention Center. Nearly 3,500 people toured the home over the course of four days.

There is no shortage of fans of modern architecture in Palm Springs during Modernism Week. And this was an opportunity for visitors to see the high degree of craft and quality of Connect Homes’ assembly-line built steel and glass houses. But it was also an opportunity to learn about the exciting new features of the Pro Series — a new prefab system that’s been in development for nearly two years and that makes modern architecture more accessible than ever before.
