Station 1

Ceiling & Floor Framing:

• The module is checked to ensure everything is level
• Ceiling and flooring joists are cut to plan
• Brackets are installed on the ceiling and floor rims

Ceiling Framing

• QA check on ceiling framing against plan
• Grind Hilti pins on exterior C-Channel to ensure the heads are flush
• Hilti pins connect lumber to the metal frame
• Install C-Channel firout at the top and bottom

Flooring Framing:

• QA check on ceiling framing against plan
• Cut and install undercarriage netting to hold insulation in place
• Install batons at every other joist
• Install sub floor insulation
• Ensure the mod is plumbed with pull string and come along
• Cut the structural ply sheathing for the sub floor to size
• Install the structural ply sheathing
